What Payment Options Do You Accept?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards as payment options. You are NOT required to have an account or register with PayPal to complete your order. Simply complete order as a guest and you will be given the option to enter your credit/debit card information.
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders will typically ship within 5 business days. Pre-order items will ship within 10-15 business days, unless otherwise specified on item.
For expedited shipping or stock availability, please email customer service prior to placing your order.
Why Is It Taking Long To Process My Order?
We strive to provide you with the latest fashion trends and designer quality items at affordable prices. New shipments are received from our factory every 7-10 days. Your patience is truly appreciated.
*Pre-order items may take up to 15 business days to process as they are in production at the factory and/or if it’s our best seller.
I Didn’t Receive An Order Confirmation:
Please check your spam/junk folder in case you did not receive an email in your inbox.
If you’re still having trouble locating the email, please contact customer service and we will resend you the order confirmation: email@example.com.
I Made A Mistake In My Order/I Misspelled My Information:
Please contact customer service immediately after placing your order so that we may correct it in our system. If your package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages and will not issue a refund until we receive the package back, minus the shipping fee or any additional fees incurred.
How can I Cancel My Order?
Please email customer service as soon as possible and we will try our best to cancel it, given that your item has not left our facility.
I Have An Event Coming Up. I Need An Item Fast:

I Cannot Find An Item You Listed Before
In some cases, we may discontinue or not re-stock a certain style/item. Please email customer service and we will check with our manufacturer.
How Long Does Shipment Take?
1.) USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days)
2.) USPS Express/Overnight (2 business days guaranteed, 1 business day in most cases). Please contact customer service for expedited shipping prior to placing an order: email@example.com

2.) DHL Express (3-7 business days)
Depending on your country’s customs, delivery may be delayed. Tracking will be provided for all shipments, however, certain countries scan shipments at their discretion. Therefore, your package may not be tracked all the way to your doorstep.
In the event your package has not been received within 14 business days of shipment, we urge you to contact your country specific customs office and provide them with the tracking number. Top Glam Shop will not be responsible for any delays experienced by your country’s customs processing.
Your order may be subject to taxes and import duties. Customs duty vary per country. Please contact your country specific customs office for details.
Top Glam Shop will not be responsible for taxes, duties, tariffs or any other additional fees charged for items shipped outside of the United States. Customer will be responsible for all fees charged by their country of residence. In the event the shipment has been refused, customer will be responsible for all fees incurred, including shipping. We must receive the shipment back in order for us to refund you, minus any shipping costs and/or additional costs.

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Shipped?
Once we ship your order, tracking will be updated within 24 hrs and you will receive an email confirmation via PayPal. Please allow 24-48 hrs for USPS to update their system prior to seeing movement on tracking.
How Can I Track My Package?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number provided or you may track it directly through PayPal (if you have an account).
Damaged/Missing Items/Not Received:

If you received a defective/damaged item, you MUST contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your shipment (we base this from the time shipment was delivered to you via USPS Tracking). NO EXCEPTIONS!
You may be asked to provide us photos of the defect for review.
One Or More Items Are Missing From My Package:
If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hrs of order being delivered to you.
*Please be sure to check the invoice in your package since some items may be on back-order and we will make a note of it on your invoice.
I Never Received My Order:
Please track your package via www.usps.com. If your shipment shows a status of “delivered,” please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1 (800) 221-1811 for domestic and international assistance. We will do our best to assist you, however, Top Glam Shop does not hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for filing claims with USPS.
