Returns & Exchanges

U.S. Orders:


  • Please complete the return/exchange form below. 
  • Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt (postmarked by the 7th day). 
  • All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged with ALL tags attached and in resalable condition when returned.
  • We do not provide return labels. It is the customer’s obligation for return shipping costs and re-shipping costs for exchanges. 
  • Please be sure to obtain tracking with your shipment as well as a note inside the package indicating your Top Glam Shop order #. 
  • Top Glam Shop will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
  • Late returns cannot be accepted and will be mailed back.


Return/Exchange Processing Time:


  • Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of your package being delivered to our facility. 
  • Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 1-5 business days of receiving your package, given stock availability. If item is not available, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the product price. 
  • We offer one exchange for each item. 


International Orders:


  • FINAL SALE and can only be exchanged, or receive store credit, within 7 days of receiving your package. No exceptions as we have no control over delays experienced during customs processing. 



  • Sale items and items purchased using Discount Codes are non-refundable and may only be exchanged or receive store credit, within 7 days of package being delivered to our facility. Store credit never expires.
  • Custom-made, swimwear and bodysuits: FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.
